Thank you for the amazing customer service and products. I destroyed my first set of Feykare pillowcases by putting them in a Blissy washing bag by ignorance and lack of knowledge. My husband gifted me the pillowcases and eyemasks for my birthday in 2022 and only got to use them last year. After 5 washes, the pillowcases were falling apart. I had a set of pillowcases from Blissy and I received a washing bag with my order from them. I honestly never had any issue with my Blissy pillowcases or washing them in the washing bag for 2 years. I left a review on your page how disappointed in your products. A member from your team contacted me and offered a replacement for a pillowcase . They requested to get the damaged pillowcase back for examination. I had to fill out a questionnaire, which I honestly didn’t mind because I was getting a replacement product. WELL , what a great way to find out I’ve been using fake Silk from Blissy this whole time. My second set I received for replacement is still in tact and works wonders for my skin and pixie cut. Honestly there is a big difference in quality from other brands I’ve used. I got the bonnet for my daughter and We love it for her curls. I’m just happy that you stand by your word and you keep educating people about fabrics. I follow your care instructions and my pillowcases still look and feel brand new after 8 months. I contacted Blissy about their 100% mulberry silk claim and their response was funny to me. No one is honest nowadays about anything and I truly hope your brand will not switch up on your clients too. So far I’m very impressed with the quality and customer service. Will make more purchases soon because the Silk is amazing, now I see why my Sister loves your brand
